Reflective Repatterning

Reflective Re-patterning

Reflective re-patterning (R.R.) is the creation of Chris Millbank who can be best described as an energy psychology entrepreneur always pushing back the frontiers of what can be achieved in this field of therapy.

Eastern cultures have recognized that for thousands of years a balance of the opposites, yin and yang, good or bad, opposites are needing to be maintained to achieve real beneficial changes.

Most treatments concentrate solely on removing the negative charge of a problem, whereas R.R. involves both the positive and negative aspects of an issue. With some issues there are energies//a charge associated with both the positive and negative aspects and only by clearing both can real healing occur. R.R addresses conflicting beliefs, emotions and values around a certain issue and balances them.

If we have not let go of the charge of an issue, if we cannot love it, accept responsibility for it, love others having it, love others giving to us and love giving it to others and other scenarios, then there is some kind of emotional/energy charge that needs to be cleared. R.R. creates neutrality between the conflicting emotions for each of the aspects for the issue and its opposite.

The process involves the use of the Tapas Acupressure Hold (TAT) and the repeating of statements dealing with all the aspects of the issue.

R.R can help with fears, phobias, anxiety, stress, depression, negative beliefs, negative inner dialogue, and other upsetting emotions.

Another R.R. Framework can be used to help people release self – sabotage patterns. For more information see www.chrismillbank.com.
